Past Healthy Tomorrow Events

In March of 2014 we showed the film Moolaadé at Lesley University. It is a powerful story about a village being won over to the anti-FGM position by a feisty, non-conformist woman who stands up for her daughter and other girls.

We are proud that we got the movie, which is in Bambara, the local language of Mali, on TV in Mali for the first time.

Healthy Tomorrow organized a film screening and panel discussion at Harvard University on April 19 2011.  Secret of the Dawn is a documentary about FGM and efforts to stop it, and includes opinions and activities of Sini Sanuman.

Every year we hold rug and tree sales in December to raise money for Sini Sanuman.  We also hold occasional public events.
